Buying flowers for someone out of town is always a bit risky; I went through my local florist in a different state and paid for a “florist choice” type arrangement. I had hoped my local florist, whom I buy from frequently and trust, would have communicated what I wanted with Flowers by Coley (they picked this shop, not me) and my friend would get a lovely bouquet.They did not communicate at all, and the flowers initially delivered were disappointing; they were not arranged well and seemed haphazardly put together, lacking any theme or cohesion. Flowers by Coley were great at following up with me. I had made a mistake on the address and they followed up to make sure the flowers got to the correct place.The arrangement is beautiful and my Mother in Law loved it.

Beautiful arrangement delivered to my sister’s hotel while she visited Scottsdale AZ. I ordered online the night before and everything was smooth and easy! Great variety in the design - loved the tulips and ranunculus included .Thank You Flowers by Coley!
