Their service is excellent. Very knowledgeable service techs. Have used them now for many years, for warranty yearly service and for a new system install. I highly recommend their service. They installed my refrigeration/heat system six years ago, and it has worked great with no problems. They installed two other systems at our previous home, which we were at for 10 years, and we never had any problems with those.
Our AC started blowing hot air on Saturday afternoon in the dead of summer. I knew places would be busy and steeled myself for the worst. I described the issue to Brian on the phone and he explained he'd try to squeeze us in - yes, on the same day! Within an hour, Scott was knocking on our door to repair our unit. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (faulty capacitor) and we had cold air again. The price was fair, especially given the speed of the service. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt taken care of and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. I know it's an especially busy time of year for them and appreciate that they went above and beyond to solve our issue. If our problem was more complex than a faulty capacitor I'm not sure same-day service would have been possible (nor would I have that expectation - not everything can be done immediately!), but I trust they'd respond with urgency to any request, big or small. My semiannual inspections have been very thorough and response to service calls very prompt. They used to call me to schedule the inspections but now I have to remember to call them. Even so, I would recommend them.
