“It's July in Arizona. Our AC quit working. We reached out to Baker Heating and Cooling. Because it was around 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon, and 115° when I called their office, I was pleasantly surprised they answered so quickly. They arrived at our house about 7 PM, came in, asked a few questions, and then immediately went to the source of the problem. Quoted me what I considered to be a reasonable price, got right to work repairing the AC, and they were done by 7:30. No nonsense, responsive and they know their business.
