“After almost 8 years, they're way overdue for a rave review. We've been using BFS Home Warranty for 7-8 years now - and it's not only been worth every penny - they've ALWAYS gone \"above and beyond\" in the way they do business. 1 - They respond immediately (I can't remember when they have ever took longer than a couple of hours to get back to us - even on the hottest day of a holiday weekend 2 - Quality - some problems - they look at and try t fix and just decide to replace a part or even the whole unit. What ever it is, they come in with crisp expertise and competence. 3 - BUT the part that stands out the most is that they are HONEST, they Communicate and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for getting the job done. The honesty - particularly from the Owner?/Manager? Leigh Fichter - seems to extend to anyone who comes out to our house. Not only are they honest - but you can tell that they are there to get the job done right - NOT just to do the minimum requirements and leave. Over the years, we've had some routine issues, some special problems, and some emergencies (like the AC dying right before a weekend of planned holiday parties in a house filled with guests). They always come through. So BFS is one of our best investments we've ever made in our home, and we can't say enough good things about this company, their managers and their people.“

“AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Our AC went out over the weekend during the summer when it was 110 outside. Martin & his son came out within just a couple hours of us calling. We originally had George Brazil come out first, but they gave us a $12k replacement quote. Martin came out that afternoon & told us the unit was completely repairable, so it saved us well over $11k!! “I signed up for the Gold Maintenance Plan and just had the heating inspection done as well as a water heater flush. Josh was very friendly, quick and neat. I feel that he did a great job! Just a heads up though, if you have a tankless water heater be sure to mention that. I was expecting that the water heater flush was going to be included in the price I was quoted and was charged a whole extra fee because it was tankless.“

I promise you not only are you gonna get the right service your A/C needs but also THE LEAST EXPENSIVE service out there. Other A/C guys are cheap and will be back soon to get more money because all they do is put a BANDAID on the problem. You know what happens to Band-Aids they peel off and you just have to put another one. Dont be that cheap bandaid guy. Call Forrest (Owner operator). I promise you he’ll take care of you right the first time and i highly recommend getting the member service. It will save you even more down the road. Let’s not forget folks we live in a desert and it’s only getting hotter every year. They don’t build it like they used to, remember that!

“Mike at Action air is a straight shooter, I was told I needed to replace my air conditioner by other companies. I like to support local companies when I can so I gave Action air a call for another opinion, Mike came out and said Lennox used the wrong material on their coils and that Freon caused the copper to break down and leak. Mike said I could just replace the coil. So Mike replaced the coil with aluminum coils, saved me thousands of dollars. I recommend Action air 100%.“
