“Debby, was an outstanding realtor to work with. I had the pleasure of renting one of her properties and it had to be one of the best homes I've ever rented from. She was very professional and thorough when renting. She made it easy as she explained everything and even had a folder for me with everything we spoke about. There were several resources for services if I needed them such as landscaping, professional cleaning, etc...The portal profile for my rental was very easy to navigate and in there you can request work orders and other things as well like contact the property management. I had my laundry to autopay so it was super easy.I never had any issues with Debby or preference property the whole year I was there. I had a great comfortable stay at my home. Debby was very professional and empathetic during my move out as I was having issues finding a cleaner for my last 2 weeks I was there. She took her time to provide me a list of recommended professionals. This was a blessing as we got to meet an amazing woman and had another business with baking as well. She gave us home made pastries.All in all I recommend preference property and Debby as your next realtor in any matter as she is very knowledgeable and and a kind hearted person. “I had a 6 month lease at an apartment that First West Properties managed (Las Casitas Apartments in Sierra Vista).Angie was very helpful during the leasing process and made sure to answer any questions I had prior to moving in. She was very friendly and genuine.They were typically quick to respond to any questions I had during my rental period and provided solutions for me as needed.The only negative experience I had was during move out, the agent who performed my inspection attempted to charge me for two damages that were in the apartment. I was not there during the inspection, however I took thorough move in inspection photos on my move in day so was able to provide the date/time stamped photo evidence that the damages were there prior to move in. I do not think the charges were malicious or they were intentionally trying to make money off of me, I just think these damages were overlooked by management prior to move in(they were minor and wouldn’t be seen unless one was specifically looking for them). They did remove the charges once I provided the photos and resolved the situation for me quickly and kindly. My only word of advice is to take careful documentation of any and all damages (even if they seem minor) prior to move in to cover yourself.Overall it was a good experience.“
