Mandy was/is amazing. I reached out to her in the fall of 2020 after finding her through reviews of local Realtors. Even though my wife and I were not going to move to Sierra Vista until late Spring of 2022 Mandy treated us as if we were moving next week. This February we flew from Alabama and met Mandy, who had already lined up some houses for us to see. We found one, made an offer which was accepted and we flew back home. Upon completion of a home inspection the sellers were not willing to compromise on needed repairs. We backed out of the contract and the search began again. This time Mandy showed us homes virtually via Zoom. We found another , made an offer, and it was rejected. Finally, the third home Mandy showed us was the perfect home. Offer accepted, sellers did the repairs requested and in April we became homeowners in Arizona with our move still a year away. After the closing which was completed via overnight mail Mandy continued to help us. She recommended a property management company who has turned out to be wonderful. Within a week our house was rented to a nice young couple. Early August we flew out to Arizona and made an appointment with the renters to "see" in person our home. It was exactly as presented by Mandy, nothing more, nothing less. We appreciated her honesty in not over or understating the condition of the house. In Mandy my wife feels better in knowing she will have at least one new friend when we move next May. That's how we both feel about Mandy, she has gone from a professional relationship to a personal one. We know we can continue to seek out advice and suggestions from Mandy when we have settled in Sierra Vista. Mandy lives up to her last name, she is "as good as Gold." We highly recommend her services
