I had a 6 month lease at an apartment that First West Properties managed (Las Casitas Apartments in Sierra Vista).Angie was very helpful during the leasing process and made sure to answer any questions I had prior to moving in. She was very friendly and genuine.They were typically quick to respond to any questions I had during my rental period and provided solutions for me as needed.The only negative experience I had was during move out, the agent who performed my inspection attempted to charge me for two damages that were in the apartment. Angie with First West Properties is an outstanding realtor. We lived in another state, 1400 miles away, and needed a rental home in Sierra Vista.Angie constantly communicated with us and helped with every aspect of the rental process.
