“I had a 6 month lease at an apartment that First West Properties managed (Las Casitas Apartments in Sierra Vista).Angie was very helpful during the leasing process and made sure to answer any questions I had prior to moving in. She was very friendly and genuine.They were typically quick to respond to any questions I had during my rental period and provided solutions for me as needed.The only negative experience I had was during move out, the agent who performed my inspection attempted to charge me for two damages that were in the apartment. I was not there during the inspection, however I took thorough move in inspection photos on my move in day so was able to provide the date/time stamped photo evidence that the damages were there prior to move in. I do not think the charges were malicious or they were intentionally trying to make money off of me, I just think these damages were overlooked by management prior to move in(they were minor and wouldn’t be seen unless one was specifically looking for them). They did remove the charges once I provided the photos and resolved the situation for me quickly and kindly. My only word of advice is to take careful documentation of any and all damages (even if they seem minor) prior to move in to cover yourself.Overall it was a good experience.“

If you see 360 reviews and they're ALL 5 stars, be very suspicious of that. It's very common practice for businesses to pay for bot-farmed reviews.<br><br>This just goes to show how transparent and honest Debby is. She's right here out in the open, and you are free to read the reviews yourself. Debby could pay for hacker bot reviews like the other businesses, but she doesn't.<br><br>What you see is what you get with Debby, and I can say after having Preference Properties as my property management company for over 6 years now, that they are an A++++ rating.“
