“I've been going to this location a little over a month now. It's so very humbling lol but so rewarding at the same time. There are 3 instructors I highly recommend: Catherine S- is amazing, I don't know her background but I can tell she's very experienced & she's a great instructor. Addison M- another great instructor, very welcoming and friendly. I can't say enough how much I appreciate how she gives many alternatives to movements if it's not in your comfort zone yet. She also gives credit to everyone in class by their name. Kayla H- also excellent, very nice & also gives a lot of alternative movements. She's always helpful and patient with me. I tend to struggle with a lot of balance movements & I have gotten a lot more comfortable truly bc of these 3 ladies. So thank you“
“I’m very thankful I found Steve and his pilates studio! I was able to learn weaknesses in my body that I never knew before. Im only a month in since I started working with Steve, but I can feel a huge difference in my body. Flexibility in my body has improved, I’m able to use muscles in my body that I wasn’t able to use prior to working with Steve. “By a stroke of luck or misfortune, depending on your views of workout intensity, I landed in a lunch time Pilates class with just me and Miranda. I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.“
“Leah is amazing. After over 10 years of constant sciatic pain it is gone! After a few months we've been able to stretch out time between sessions and I just continue for maintence. I tried PT, Yoga, Personal Training and nothing cured by back pain like this. Also turned my mom onto this technique and she's found migraine relief with myofascial release. It's amazing!“

Every move she teaches you comes with an education of how your bodies muscles, joints, ligaments etc are benefitting. Her guidance of making sure you are using your core correctly in completing the move is invaluable. You will walk out of her class and know you have a core and what its purpose is to be successful at Pilates.“
