“Pilates Tempe was wonderful! My friend goes and recommended that I try it out when I told her that I was really interested in Reformer Pilates! I'm so happy I went!! I did a private one on one lesson first and it felt like a real lesson! (Unlike some of the more commercial Pilates businesses who have "intro classes" where you touch the machine for 10 minutes ). I loved how easy going they were and that they didn't pressure me to buy certain packages/a certain amount of classes. The workouts don't feel like workouts when I'm doing them but my body feels them the next day!“

“If you want an excellent workout where you sweat your azz off, look no further than Hotworx!When you first do your trial workout, you have to go in during staffed hours, which is understandable. The employee was very nice, answered all my questions, and I had a great first Bands workout. After that first one, I was hooked!You can find me at Tempe hotworx at least 5 days a week. I love the fact that they are open 24/7 as I can work it into my schedule. If a location every opens closer to me, I'll probably switch to a sweat anywhere membership, but in meantime, the Tempe location is my home base. :)“

“Today, I attended my first Pilates class, which, while challenging, was made enjoyable by the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The session, led by Aleena N. at 6am, was beginner-friendly. Aleena's approachable demeanor greatly contributed to a comfortable experience. The class structure is adaptable, allowing you to tailor the intensity of each exercise to your own skill level!! For anyone considering Pilates but hesitating, I highly recommend giving it a try!!“

“LOVE THIS PILATES STUDIO! I suffer from chronic back pain and Pilates was something I always wanted to add into my life. I tried a few other studios but didn't really connect with the instructors. But here, I connect with Bana so much. She's so attentive in her classes. Her cues keep me focused and mindful of my back. She really cares about her students. I've been taking classes here for a few months now and I'm really enjoying it. If you're looking for a new Pilates place, you should check this one out.“

Gilbert location is a Great location and all instructors are knowledgeable but, My favorite is Jessie, Carrie and Rheana they’re amazing on what they’d do. “I have found my yoga family at YogaSix in Gilbert! The staff and teachers are so welcoming. I don't feel like a client there ... I feel like a friend. I like the variety of classes and the times that they are offered, and can usually find a class that meets what my body needs at that moment; energizing, relaxation, stretching. Y6 offers at least one workshop a month which have really helped me grow in my practice. The lighting, heat levels and music during each class enhances the yoga experience. For me, every practice ends with a smile!“

“By a stroke of luck or misfortune, depending on your views of workout intensity, I landed in a lunch time Pilates class with just me and Miranda. I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.“
