Wish I would have tried sooner. So worth the $$. 10 years at the gym and I've never felt more in shape than when I started doing Pilates. Always leave feeling stronger than when I walked in, works so many muscle groups, STRONG core.Special shout out to Kaela, her voice & style is so soothing. Doesn't speak too fast or too loud, gives corrective tips, very motivating. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been a member here for several years. The instructors are amazing and very attentive. There are many options to modify exercises to be more or less challenging based on your experience level. I started having never taken a Pilates class before. I felt very comfortable as a beginner at this studio and have progressed in strength and skill significantly under their instruction.

I have been so blessed by this place! After just moving to the area from across the country, not really having workouts I’ve clicked with in the past and starting a new job, I really needed something to help clear my mind, boost my endorphins and encourage me, and Reformed Pilates really helped me with that! I am always so excited to go to classes and the instructors are so good at their jobs. They’re very professional but also very warm and caring. They play the best music too. It feels so great to walk into a clean, beautiful studio to have an hour to challenge yourself but also relax your heart and mind.
