“I recently broke my femur, and after surgery, inpatient Physical rehabilitation and a month at home, I was finally was told by the orthopedic surgeon that I was cleared for outpatient PT. They would send the necessary files to 360 and then our Medicare Advantage provider would authorize the treatment. After a week, nothing had happened. I called 360 and they had no active authorization or request. I called The insurance company and the doctors office and they were clueless. I called 360 back and got Natasha. She jumped all over it. After telling her where we were at, she untangled the mess, got the proper files sent (finally), and expedited authorization (2 business days!) and got me scheduled for my first eval visit. I have had several different medical challenges over the last 3+ years and have dealt with many medical providers, and Natasha's proactive professional and compassionate service stands head and shoulders above every other previous interaction we've had.
