I recently broke my femur, and after surgery, inpatient Physical rehabilitation and a month at home, I was finally was told by the orthopedic surgeon that I was cleared for outpatient PT. They would send the necessary files to 360 and then our Medicare Advantage provider would authorize the treatment. After a week, nothing had happened. I called 360 and they had no active authorization or request. I called The insurance company and the doctors office and they were clueless. I called 360 back and got Natasha. She jumped all over it. I switched from Banner PT to 360 PT after having a difficult recovery post ACL surgery. Both AnnMarie and Erin were amazing and made a huge difference in my recovery. My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner. I would highly recommend 360 PT
The therapists at 360 were very professional and caring. They were able to get me back to 95% of my pre-injury condition. Only stopped because insurance felt I was stable and would not pay for more treatments.
