“My stretch instructor was very knowledgeable about stretching the muscle and tissues. He took his time and explained everything to me. My only issue is the place was small, so the other stretch instructors were talking to their patients. This made it difficult for me to hear what my stretch instructor was trying to explain to me.“

“Couples massage was like no other. Best massage I have ever had. The spa was really relaxing. My two biggest complaints was 1. The spa cafe was grossly understaffed and we waited forever to be served and the order was wrong (he didn't write it down) 2. After about 10 am it gets so packed in there that suddenly it isn't relaxing anymore.“
