My stretch instructor was very knowledgeable about stretching the muscle and tissues. He took his time and explained everything to me. My only issue is the place was small, so the other stretch instructors were talking to their patients. This made it difficult for me to hear what my stretch instructor was trying to explain to me.

This is just what I needed. I work with Hunter, and he's fabulous like all of the other stretch assistants. Please just invest in yourself! Trust me, there isn't a person with muscles that doesn't need this.

I was surprised to see three stars on yelp. Stretch Lab made appointments for me quickly and easily for three months in advance. (OK I was hopeful.) so here it is I'm not disappointed whatsoever. As a matter of fact, the store on Ellsworth is impeccably, clean, well taken care of it's cool inside the staff is polite, professional, and skilled as well as being very careful not to stretch somebody too much. I live with severe chronic pain after an airplane accident. 40 years ago, but I have got some relief.!!!! of course, I have tried massage, acupressure, implanted, pain, devices, epidural injections, nerve, ablation's, and more it has not really helped, but I can say...read full review
