“9/16/2024 used Steel Shield again this time for 2 new security doors….. they look great….. Josie in the office was really easy to work with and provides great customer service…. Issac the installer did a great job as well….. they have their own employee, no sub- contractors…..also the Sales Rep Tom Larson was very knowledgeable and easy to work with…. Made great suggestions….. use this company if you want quality and great service

I had a problem with my gates and had them come out for a quote to replace them. Whenever it got warm the block pier would lean and I had no adjustment left on the doors. Instead they came up with a solution for a brace between the 2 walls. Saved me a ton of money and it looks like a part of the gate and is a perfect fit. Highly recommend them.“

“I couldn't have had a worse experience with this company. I had them come out for a quote estimate. After receiving a quote, I said I wanted to move forward, only for them to follow up and say they could not honor the quote and that I had to pay $200 more due to a minimum job size. They refused to honor their initial quote. I recommend staying away from this company.
