“We have worked with First Impressions twice. The first time was for a security door at our last house. The door was gorgeous and sound, and customer service was excellent. When we needed a new door and gates at our current house, there was no question we’d go with FII again. As before, the work is superb and costumer service has been quick, friendly, and thorough.I don’t plan on moving again, but I know who will make and install the door if I do. You can see we picked very different varieties. Very different vibes, and I think they are both so beautiful. We also love having security mixed with increased airflow.The whole process from start to finish is so easy and pleasant with First Impressions.This is a great company!“

“Super impressed with Kurt and his team. I had 4 posts that were loose or completely rotted in my pool fencing. His guys reset new posts and welded them back in perfectly. I also had them repaint the entire pool fence. They were super clean and efficient. They even adjusted the latch so it closed easily.Kurt even followed up a couple days later to fix a small spot they missed and made sure all the caps were in good.Super impressed!!“

Jim is clearly very passionate and talented at what he does, but know that should you decide to work with him, you will need to be a project manager. I thought he ghosted me for a while and went a bit haywire to get my project done. I’d say it’s worth the extra time to get the end product - he is an artist and will work to get your vision.
