We had 2 sliders needing self closing mechanisms added for pool safety. Installers were both very professional and called to ask if they could come early as they were ahead of schedule. One of our sliders (which they did not install) was making a weird noise and he fixed it for us! Then installed what he was there for, which looked very nice and low profile.. They clearly went above and beyond what they HAD to do to provide excellent service. Good customer service is hard to come by these days - we will definatly refer them business whenever possible!Service: General repairs & maintenance
We just had Arizona Pool Fence complete a mesh pool fence installation on our property and it is FANTASTIC!! What a great company to work with. Rob was our sales rep. He was prompt in visiting us, spent time to explain the mesh system and advised us on what we should do. We had wrought iron fencing that was rusted and we were considering having it repaired until Rob came out for the free estimate and clearly offered us options in an honest and clear manner. We were never pressured to "sign on the dotted line" and his advice was spot on!!Installation was handled by Oscar Velasco and this man is a professional. Very friendly and showed up right on time at 7 am on installation day. We had almost 200 feet of mesh fence to install in this 110 degree heat. He told us he would be on the job until finished. There was alot to do and he handled it all himself with quality workmanship and a happy face. He didn't finish until 6:30pm! Nearly 12 hours in the heat making sure our new fence was installed perfectly! I would not hesitate to recommend Arizona Pool Fence to anyone....QUALITY AND CLASS FROM START TO FINISH!!!!Jim Marsella
Good company with passionate owner that keeps safety and service top of mind. The materials used are high quality and it shows. We had a hiccup with the install and they came out to fix it and make sure we were happy. We recommend using them for your pool fence services!
