“After experiencing significant damage to our shingle roof due to a recent microburst, we turned to Vizcom for assistance with our insurance claim. Initially, our insurance company denied our claim multiple times and only provided funds for the repair of a mere 100 shingles, which we found unacceptable. Despite previously working with another company that could not secure approval, we decided to give Vizcom a chance based on their professionalism and positive reviews. Within two weeks, Vizcom successfully secured approval for our entire roof through the insurance process.

The team at Vizcom demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise, creating a comprehensive report complete with pictures and videos to support our claim. Their meticulous documentation was key in achieving a swift approval from our insurance provider. Additionally, they helped facilitate coverage for an attic ventilation system to ensure our roof's integrity and warranty compliance with current code requirements.

We are extremely satisfied with Vizcom’s services and their unparalleled attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend Vizcom to anyone facing challenges with their roof claims; they are undoubtedly the right choice for insurance-related roofing issues. They also offer the best workmanship warranty!“
“Frank, Travis and the Crew at NextGen Restoration are the best in the business. Keep up the good work, guys. V/R Jim Tunstell.“
“We could not have been more pleased! Rare that price, quality of workmanship and service exceed expectation, but Stuart made that all happen. The scheduling was convenient and Stuart and Troy arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning and shining our travertine flooring. Stuart is going out of his way to make sure that we have the same level of satisfaction with our granite countertops. I highly recommend Done Your Way! I’ll definitely call again when it’s time to clean and shine.“
“We had a flood from our laundry room on the 3rd floor of my house. Jorge and his crew responded. Their team was very professional and efficient. I also work graveyard shift. The care Basurto took to get me to bed the morning they came out was amazing!! They also tried to be as quiet as possible while getting the work done; therefore, this business deserves 6 stars!!“

“We really appreciate everything AZ HyroPro did for us! Ray and his team were excellent! They were in constant communication with us, did everything that they said they would, which in this day and age was much appreciated. Ray advocated for us when he saw existing damage related to our concern that needed correcting so we wouldn’t have future issues which put our minds at ease. He definitely went above and beyond, we can now enjoy our whole house and know the work they completed was done the right way! Highly recommend AZ HyrdoPro!Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair“
“1. Duration: It took ACR 6 months with at least 5 extensions to complete reconstruction on a 3 bedroom home. They did drywall/baseboards, cabinets, and countertops. Add in 2 small demolition jobs that took them one day each to finish. We were out of our home from January - mid July. They repeatedly promised our insurance adjuster that they would be finished in April. I should make it clear that NONE of the extensions were due to anything we did or didn’t do and all of the reasons were due to internal issues with the company and subcontractors.
2. Employee/Internal issues/contract violations: Our first project manager was fired after he allowed a drywall subcontractor to bring his BABY to work with him in our home. We stopped by our house one day to check on things and our son’s outdoor toys were brought inside and there were used diapers and pizza everywhere. The hose was running and our backyard was flooded and the guy took our house key home with him. There were multiple items in my backyard that were broken and damaged as if the boy had paint/drywall on his hands. The little kid dribbled all over freshly painted white walls with a pencil. I had to call and report this to ACR- I also had to be the one to initiate that the drywall guy be taken off the job due to the danger of the little boy being hurt as there were nails and sharp objects all over the house at this point. When we got a new project manager, he tells us that he walked in and saw the little boy “running around butt naked”. Then he proceeds to tell us that the drywall guy wasn’t even in our home. HIS WIFE WAS DOING OUR DRYWALL!!! This clearly violates ACR’s own contract which states that all subcontractors are licensed as an UNLICENSED woman did our entire drywall in our home.
3. Unprofessionalism/ Poor communication: Our first project manager was weird- I would ask him questions and he would never directly answer me. I thought this would get better with the next guy but he was just the same- maybe worse. I have text/emails in which I asked a question about our countertops 3 separate times and he never responded. The logical next step would be to call and ask but I learned early on that IF YOU END UP WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY KEEP EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED via text and email for receipts. The new project manager wanted to do things his way, he didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say about what I wanted in my own home. I wanted to purchase only 1 slab of quartz countertops and I knew exactly what I wanted. He tells me over and over that it’s going to be a “two slab job” and it’s not going to work with just 1 slab. I ask for measurements and he sarcastically responds with, “are you going to install them yourself?” So I trust that he knows what he’s talking about and I purchase 2 slabs. Now we are left with basically an entire slab of countertop because he refused to listen to what I wanted.
4. If you allow this company to work on your house, do your DUE DILIGENCE and comb through the paperwork because they will charge you for work they never did. They charge a cleaning fee of $406 and left my home a mess. At the end of it all, they ask you to sign a certification of Satisfaction which I did not sign. They didn’t care or ask why, they took their insurance check and basically ran out of the house. *I should note that in the last few weeks of working with them, after complaining to my insurance adjuster, I received a call from Peter from ACR- he asked me what all needed to be done at our house and documented everything. It was the first time I felt heard by anyone from the company. The owner emailed me and apologized. He did reimburse me for the damaged items. I wish this type of communication and assurance happened in the beginning.

*****UPDATED - The president of the company, Zach Brizzee, came by our home and listened to our frustrations and concerns. He made things right by having one of his employees fix a few issues that were left unresolved the first time around. I would recommend reaching out to him direc“
“They did a great job! Very timely and professional. I will definitely use them again!“
“I needed to replace two big lumber that were holding the roof of my house (the corner) and the fall ceiling, they did a great and fabulous job with a decent price.
The communication was great and they provided all the details and answers.
I will absolutely hire them again for any work that is needed.“
“Summit made dealing with an inconvenient and frustrating situation much more manageable. Brittanie's work was excellent, and Ryan was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and competent. We were kept fully informed during the whole process and are very pleased with the results.“
“I had a break in at my business in the middle of the night. After police cleared my building I was left with no way to secure my business. I call Kowalski and they sent out their board up company within the hour. They had my building secure and me headed back home in short order. 24/7 service is only as good as how they respond at 2am. They were amazing and professional. I would recommend you keep their number on speed dial. You never know when you can use some help. Call Kowalski they are the best“
“I found Sunshine from a basic Google search - we hadn't had our carpet or a few large rugs cleaned since relocating to AZ 8 years ago!I read a bunch of their reviews, nearly every one great -- but one sealed it for me, so we took a chance and reached out.I'm glad i did --- we didn't bother talking to anyone else.Danny & Ronnie are exceptional -- prompt, kind, professional, trustworthy, honest, great communicators and fair. And they did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and rugs. They've been a pleasure to have in our home and we look forward to using them more than every 8 years lol. Thanks fellas!“
