I just finished getting my condo back to normal after one of the worse experiences in my life. I was lucky to have Paul Sanchez as my go to guy. His customer service was excellent and helped to make all the repairs run smoothly.
It's not often that I leave comments but I had the pleasure of meeting Napoleon Avila with ServiceMaster by Desert Dry.I say pleasure because from the moment I met him, he provided outstanding customer service! He actually arrived on a Sunday evening and spent 2 hours walking me through the process that was to begin. He pointed out areas in the house which registered either wet or an abnormal temperature. After taking more measurements, he assured me that he would be returning the next morning to take more readings and give me more detailed information. As promised, he was there on Monday morning. Jesse and Zak at Service Master Restoration by Desert Dry deserve the 5 stars for the hard work and dedication. The reason for the comment is they completed; work day 1-stopping water spreading and damage, work day 2 to 5 - dry out of the house to proper humidity levels and identify work to repair, work day 6 to 7 to do demolition, removal of debris, and clean up and vacuum to the work areas. Now the rebuild team comes in the house. Thank you Jesse and Zak for your hard work and the many others on your team.
