Did my hair myself and messed up big time but Beauty Parlor Peoria was one call away. They got me in the same day and fixed my hair like the pros they are. The salon was clean and so boujee. Alisia was my hairstylist and she was the most genuine and funny person I could’ve gotten. My correction took a while since I messed up big time but she made me feel like her friend and time flew by! Her work was also amazing! I can’t wait to go again for a tone in a couple months. ❤️

I went to Desert Derma for a consultation regarding Dysport/Botox injections..Linda was very patient and explained the differences between the two. She is a person that makes you feel like you have known her forever. I was very comfortable receiving my Dysport injections at Desert Derma. Linda mapped everything out and explained where, and why she was administering each injection and the results I should expect to see. She took her time, and I appreciated that. For a red-headed guy who hadn't changed his hairstyle in probably 25+ years, to say I was nervous about my appointment is an understatement. This was my second visit, because my first one last year was so amazing. Once again, Ariel did AMAZING this time around too. I got a cut and added half head highlights, and I absolutely love it. Meaghan does an amazing job styling hair. I am not very skilled at styling my hair, but it is effortless due to the way Meaghan cuts it. So upbeat and talented. She has made a lot of great suggestions on the proper hair products for me. So happy she opened her salon closer to me. Love that she works some later evenings.
I purchased a Groupon for her services and unfortunately she was booked all the way through February but did have one opening and was willing to get me in but my work scheduled conflicted with it. However I must say this one thing that will be the soul purpose I will circle back around to use her. She responded immediately to my text. I really found that to be professional and caring. This speaks volumes and I will definitely be booking with her the next time.

I waited before posting a review, because it always looks good when braids are fresh. How does it hold up? I have worn braids most of my life and could braid my own hair. But life changes require me to have someone else provide that service for me now.
I’ve been in the hunt for an hair braider for about a year now and recently had an experience with another braider braiding too tight, therefore pulling out my hair in a few spots. Another braider I tried charged ridiculous prices.
AGoodess was able to give me the style that I asked for, uniquely for me, and it still looks good after wearing it past the redo date. I’m still getting compliments. Needless to say, I’ve already scheduled my 2nd appointment with her.

The shop I had been going to for years shut down and never reopened due to Covid. I found The Barber Shop and have been going there ever since. Great hair cuts. I would describe this one chair shop as “old school”. The only negative I have is that he doesn’t charge enough. I’ve paid $25 for haircuts that were at best marginal. If you want to sit and talk sports this isn’t the place but for a great haircut this is it.

Great experience! It was my first time getting my nails done at all and I liked how they came out. I walked in early and was see quickly. I showed a photo for example and got a decent estimate. I got my nails prepped, then pedicure, then full pedicure. The Vietnamese techs were cool. Not much small talk because the language barrier. My acrylics were above my expectations! $88
My nails grew after two weeks and chipped the following week. A few fingers are harder to soak off.

So I went in today for my first wax ever, it was a Brazilian (go big or go home right?). Thing is, I’m a walking ball of anxiety, so to say I was nervous would be an understatement, I literally had nightmares leading up to my appointment, but I put my big girl panties on (or I guess I took them off in this case lol) and did it. Let me tell you! My anxiety was a waste of energy. It wasn’t that bad, now I know you’re thinking “everyone says that” which I don’t blame you I thought the same thing when I was reading the reviews, like no way these people are saying “it’s not that bad” but as an anxiety ridden person I wouldn’t lie to you. It legit wasn’t that bad, Laura was great, my experience probably wouldn’t have been the same elsewhere, she took her time, explained everything to me and was talking to me the whole time which is usually nerve wracking to me! (did I mention I have social anxiety?). Anyhow I pre-booked my next appointment, The Naked Monarch is a 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Over the last several months, my wife, daughter and I have had several pieces done by Kenzi. This guy is awesome. For my wife and daughter, they knew exactly what artwork they wanted done and he nailed their ideas perfectly. As for myself, I just went in with an idea to enhance an existing tattoo and that's when his artistry came out. He drew something up and I ended up with an amazing piece that gets noticed all the time. He's done a couple more for me since and he never fails to kill it. I definitely recommend this place and definitely check out his portfolio.

We reached out to Nick to set up a quote and date for install of a home water softener system. Nick was extremely professional and able to answer any and all questions my husband and I had as well as not being pushy about making a sale. The tech that came out for install was also very professional during the install process and was able to walk my husband and I through the care and maintenance of the unit. Close to two weeks in and we are already seeing a HUGE difference in the quality of our water throughout our house. I wish we would have done it sooner than we did and I cannot recommend Desert Water enough.

It was a tale as old as time.My father in law wanted a new hose fitting post-water softener so he could wash his cars.With sawzall in hand he said “watch this” and cut the water main in half.No big deal, we just need to solder in a new fitting, how hard can it be?A new filing, a little bit of solder and a lot of heat and just like that a fitting was attached, it seemed so easy.And then we turned the water back on.And it went everywhere.So we turned the water off and began again.Burned a bit of the wall with the blowtorch.More leaks.A trip to the hardware store for new pipe sections and more gas for the torch.And again, solder starting to drip and pile up on the garage floor.More leaks.By now it had been hours. People were thirsty.The garage was wet. It was getting dark.Grandma had to pee.A thunderstorm was rolling in, and the lessor plumbers that we called all refused to come or were many hours away.Finally we found E.R. Tankless & Plumbing, and Roland was able to come within the hour, even at this dire hour!He quickly identified the mistakes and set about fixing things properly. He cleaned up our mess and installed quickly, efficiently and for a very fair price.We learned a very important lesson in DIY plumbing, which is next time, just call E.R. Tankless & Plumbing.

I cannot be happier with the customer service and quality of work! I spoke to Jon over the phone and he was able to give me a rough quote just based off photos and asking questions about the home. I really love that they price their work per foot of wire, so you don’t end up overpaying for materials based on a quote. Their quote came in as the best deal compared to others. I also felt confident in them knowing they specialize in spa hook ups.

I had a lesion on my skin that wouldn't heal after even three months. Dr. Baltazar examined me and said it was a common, non-cancerous type of skin growth. I was relieved, to say the least. Dr. Baltazar has an excellent chair-side manner that inspires trust. He is also patient, kind and willing to answer all questions, not in a rush to get out of the room like some other doctors can be. The front desk staff is also very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Baltazar and this dermatology practice.
When I made my appointment I expected to just be told a cost and then sent out the door, but my experience was soooooo amazing.When it was time for my appointment, the first lady took images of my skin using a non radiation x-ray. They showed my skin age vs my real age. That was so fun!When Catherine Fisher, MD came in she was so friendly. I honestly felt like she was my grandma and that I've known her for years. She gave me a treatment plan for my skin that wasn't at all what I expected. I was able to get a skin care product set with detailed directions on how and when to use it. I was able to schedule my first treatment. Talking to her made me feel so much better about myself and I'm super excited to have nice skin.

Everybody was great. We met with Dr. Newman and his technician Diego. Both of them were awesome. We got seen right away. The location is nice and clean in and out. Dr. Newman spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and going over everything with me. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of your pet needing surgery, I would definitely recommend going to SW Veterinary Surgical Center. I do want to add that if your fortunate to get Diego as your tech, he is the most kindest and nicest person who truly has a love for animals. Some people you will never forget after meeting them and Diego is one of them. I do want to say that ladies at the front desk were equally as great, everyone was very nice.
Dr. Long and Lexi, along with all staff, kindly gave Rich and I practical options with reasonable estimates to save our Wolfie from his seizures. After a few days of probing we made the difficult decision to put Wolfie down. We appreciate how much staff dedicated in time and energy to make us and our 9 year-old poodle/chihuahua comfortable throughout the entire process assessing longevity, quality of life and less suffering. After Wolfie had passed, Dr. Long followed up and reassured us in our decision, evidence of Vistancia's compassion and empathy in all that they do.
I've had nothing but great experiences with the Clinic. The front office girls are really nice and warm and the vet and vet tech's are great too. I've had one dog spayed there and all went very well and my boy dog is next. I wish it was a full service vet so I didn't have to go other places. You will love this clinic for your pets! They don't take care credit so just a heads up.

First time having a dog and go to a groomer. Casie was so good with him, you could tell she enjoys working with her clients. I think he was nervous and a little difficult but she was great and sweet with him. I feel their rates were very reasonable and your pet doesn’t spend any time in cage waiting for their turn. We will definitely make this our full time groomer.

11/2024 - StretchLab (N. Lake Pleasant near Happy Valley Rd Peoria) has been so helpful with helping to get my athletically "worn" legs feeling better so I can continue to stay as active as I can. The scheduling staff (Emma, Salina) is extremely helpful and friendly. Brandon is my fantastic "flexologist." He's always keeping in tune of how I'm feeling at each session so to adjust as needed. I usually ask and happily get his feedback on each session range of motion. It took my body area a few sessions to start learning to extend and loosen but I sure feel better with more flexibility from his great care. I appreciate the time he takes to slowly work my muscles to their best range as it keeps me in the sports I love. I surely recommend anyone to try StretchLab for a session, then much more, if you think it fits with your tight muscle and the like needs. It does take muscles time to learn so give it a few sessions to fully evaluate your situation. Best of luck and hope it helps you as it has me about 2 months in at 2x per week.
Best massage around!!! I have been going to this place for the last several years and everyone is so kind. I normally see Tom, who is amazing, and provides a great deep tissue massage. As I was waiting for my appointment on Saturday, a woman was checking out and called Tom a "national treasure." I can almost always get a same day or next day appointment.

I highly recommend the one hour Swedish massage with Diana, and add the cold stone facial. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time!

Anna is a must go if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. She massages all the right places and areas that make a difference in relaxing, tension release and pain management. She is attentive on her pressure points and making sure you are getting what you need. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I highly recommend her with you need lots of tension release.

Love the care I have gotten at Spooner Peoria. Audra my Therapist helped me relax to be able to handle the type of physical therapy that I had to have after a Lumpectomy that I had. The therapy was to help reduce the scare tissue. I highly recommend Spooner Peoria.

This is my 2nd surgery rehab @ Arrowhead Physical Therapy. I had shoulder replacement surgery in early January this year. Just finished my therapy on today's date. Sharon/Caleb & the entire team did a great job. Very dialed into the patient.They are 2 for 2 for me! Highly recommend AAA+.
A couple years ago playing basketball I tore my ACL and struggled to find a Physical Therapist whom I could put my trust in. By chance I began working with Nathan Wong, and he became my therapist. He exhibited every attribute you could ask for in a great therapist. He is constantly learning, sharing, and studying new methods in order to provide the best and most efficient care for his patients. He constantly pushed me and had faith in me even when I lacked faith in myself. Among other things, I appreciated how much emphasis he placed on the cognitive portion that comes with overcoming an injury. He not only provides the reasoning behind why he recommends certain exercises but also focuses on restoring the mind-body connection that becomes affected during an injury as well.An injury takes a high mental toll on an athlete. Nate makes sure to put focus towards both the physical and mental aspects needed to overcome an injury.Through working with Nate I was able to both observe his passion for his job and experience first hand his ability to not only push people, but also his ability to help people believe in themselves. Just working with him I was given a sense of hope that I desperately needed during my injury. Nate helped me both physically and mentally in overcoming my ACL injury and returning to sport. Not only was I able to return to sport, but I was in the best shape of my life while working with nate. Unfortunately I have recently had another injury; however, when this injury occured it was no question in mind who I would choose to be my therapist. I currently make a 40 minute drive to therapy just so I can continue working with Nate.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about vibrant care rehabilitation The staff is amazing, cheerful, knowledgeable, and the best Physical therapy staff anywhere. My vertigo condition is improving much quicker than anyone imagined it would. This is all because of the staff at Vibrant care. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for amazing Physical therapy.
