Marissa Desjardins is a great physical therapist. She communicates well and explains why our muscles and bodies do what they do. I saw significant strength improvement helping my knee heal. Friendly and welcoming.

I have been working with Marissa for 5.5 weeks now after total knee replacement surgery. Marissa is kind, upbeat, focused, detailed, and works with me to achieve the best possible results. I never leave Oakeson feeling downtrodden, because Marissa ALWAYS makes me feel like there is hope and that improvement has taken place that day. I feel so strongly and positive about Oakeson and Marissa, that even though I have met the maximum number of therapy visits my medical insurance will cover, I have decided to continue out of pocket. What a hidden gem! I didn't think one on one pt that took insurance existed anymore, but it does! If you are looking for a physical therapist who focuses on you and only you then this is the place. 1000 percent recommend.
