The staff were so friendly, patient and kind yo me snd my pet. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable and approached my dog Lila with calm, kind and assertive energy which helped reduce my anxiety. They provided excellent care to my dog.
Dr. Herrera and the staff there were so nice and informative! Even though they were low staffed when I went there they were so helpful. They made me feel comfortable that my pet was getting the best care! Also, it was so clean! Someone was constantly wiping down surfaces where pets and their parents' sat. I would definitely go back there for my pets' needs.
The staff (Leona) & vet (Dr Tracy) were very compassionate & detailed in their care of my pet. The only drawback is the cost but I can even understand that due to the comprehensive nature of the diagnostic tests being performed.
