“We’ve had Delta Mechanical out twice before for issues with our disposal (2 different issues) so we called them out again when we had an issue in our bathroom. Saul and Antonio (who were both awesome) came out to assess a wet baseboard and wall next to our shower door. They checked the wall behind our bathroom and decided to refer us to restoration company to confirm their findings. As it turns out it’s an easy repair of the shower door stripping & caulk as well as a small area of drywall. “I have a very old Crane air conditioning unit at my investment property in downtown Tempe. My Airbnb guests texted me that the air conditioner suddenly quit! It is late August so you can imagine the emergency I was facing. My guests would certainly need to leave and have a terrible experience dealing with an oven hot home. I called Chris G. who I had on my phone from over a year ago. He had helped me with another problem I had with the system. He worked very fast and was knowledgeable so I was glad to hear Chris was still in the HVAC business. Chris came out within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and put in a brand new motor very quickly for a decent price. We were up and running! Guests were pleased as well. “They replaced 2 of my toilets. I found the 2 guys friendly and they did a good job installing the new toilets but one thing that bothered me is they both carried the old toilets out with them dripping dirty water on the carpet and floor. I had previously bought the 2 replacement toilets and assumed they would take the new ones out of the box and put the old ones in the box to carry them out in the box so they don’t drip everywhere. Instead they just carried them out in the open dripping dirty water. Also more expensive than I expected.Update - I would like to add that the owner reached out to me of their own accord to try and make right what happened by offering a carpet clean. I think this shows they care about the quality of work they do and the experience customers have so that’s commendable. As a result I’ll add a star back so 4 stars“
