I have been consistently happy with Plumbsmart staff and particularly the workmen. They are always friendly, courteous and very proficient. I was surprised when Alex notified me of his estimated arrival time with a picture of himself. As a former Human Resource Director, I thought this was a great customer safety feature especially for seniors. I recommend PlumbSmart to my friends. Thank you for your timely and efficient service.

Let me tell you, technician Jacob Hood is an OUTSTANDING tech! He came, did the work we asked for, took pictures of our ducts and explained how we needed certain work to our system. THEN, came back after we called a couple hours later (after 9pm) when we were confused that are AC unit wouldn’t turn back on helped us fix it/understand it better, and was professional the entire time. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate him and his service. Thanks Jacob!!!!
