The reviews don’t lie. When we moved to AZ the former homeowner was kind enough to leave me Jay’s information and we’ve been with him since. By far the most honest and customer focused company you could find for your needs. ESPECIALLY given the a/c world is riddled with unknown and high charges. Just recently Patrick (he’s our main tech and has been with us for years now) spent 4 hours at our house due to a blown fuse in the control board in our attic. Most places would have just changed it and been on the way. Patrick insisted on finding the why. I’m so grateful to Jay and his team. The Cooling & Plumbing Company were very quick in replying to my phone call and text. We were able to schedule an appointment immediately and get the job done. Patrick was very professional and informative. He did a great job installing new water lines and connections for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. He made a great suggestion that these connections should be turned at least once a year to avoid them freezing up.Thank you so much. The Kirkpatricks.
