8729 S Kyrene Rd STE 110, Tempe“Finding a place one can heal and grow stronger is hard to find. However, this studio and staff have done just that for me. I started my Pilates journey wanting to strengthen my ankles (one was still recovering from surgery) and my Physical Therapist had recommended Pilates as my next step. I tried various studios but none captivated me like Pilates Tempe. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I remember being so scared of the machines and really my abilities. Each instructor worked with me and gave me courage to keep working on trusting myself on the reformer. They still give me courage to try new advanced moves on and off the reformer. The atmosphere is one of hard work but also friendship. I can’t tell you how many times I have laughed or smiled talking with other students before or after class. My recommendation is try more than one class before you make a judgement on if this is the place for you. You truly need multiple classes to see the different instructors, the different ways to build strength (TRX or Pilates or Tower are examples of some of the classes) and most importantly to get to know the community that comes to Pilates Tempe. If you keep showing up you will be amazed at not only your physical fitness but also the people you meet along the way.“

I feel so lucky to have found Robin. She is absolutely amazing and has taught me so much. Within a few sessions I felt stronger and more mobile, plus I’ve never had so much fun in a class. “I really had a great time here. I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw the class on Mindbody but I'm very happy I signed up. The teacher, I think her name was Lisa, was super friendly and laid-back and I instantly felt at ease. I took her stretching class and she make sure everyone in the class was comfortable with getting set up at the bar. Lisa is very flexible and she really challenge just doing the class. For example she helped us work towards our splits while sitting as well as laying down. She played fun Jamaican music and also made her class light and humorous. I really felt my tight muscles loosen up after class. Fun class, great teacher. :D“

1135 E Apache Blvd Suite 105, Tempe“My friend & I were super excited to finally try HOTWORX. However we weren't as impressed as we thought that we would be. We get in and we're approached by a girl who was still nice and explained everything well / gave us a tour. The hot yoga was good, but the tv placement was very odd, we felt as if it was too high up. We truly enjoyed the workout and felt great after. We brought our own mats, but they do require you use their branded mats & towels! If you become a member, I believe she said it was $99. However when we left, the girl was gone and there was someone new. She wasn't very friendly and we were shocked to see she didn't try to figure out more about our work out / see if we'd like to come back etc.“

It had been a while since I’ve done Pilates so my form wasn’t up to par but the instructors assist you and are very helpful. The studio is very clean and organized. Booking a class is super simple especially if you have the app. Everyone who works out there seems really nice too. Since I’ve joined, I feel more balanced mentally and physically and even my posture has improved.“

7330 East Earll Drive, Scottsdale“By a stroke of luck or misfortune, depending on your views of workout intensity, I landed in a lunch time Pilates class with just me and Miranda. I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.“
