We enrolled our new lab puppy in their puppy start classes in January, and her progress has been impressive. Jason not only trained her effectively but also taught me a lot about handling my dogs. Seeing how much our puppy progressed, we decided to enroll our 4-year-old lab, who struggles with major impulse control, in their classes too. While we're not finished yet, the difference in her behavior is remarkable. We had a lot of troubles with pulling and walking and major issues with ball obsessions, but through the training Bella has significantly improved and we couldn’t be happier with her progress. Julie's work with Bella has been outstanding. I am extremely grateful for the entire IBK9 team, including Kristen who has been nothing but amazing in answering my endless questions and requests. “We take our pup, Eclipse, here for regular daycare so he can socialize with other dogs and get some energy out! He also goes for regular grooming, and we have boarded him once so far. They always treat him well and he LOVES getting to play with other pups and his human friends at daycare! Nikki does his grooming and she always does a fantastic job and treats our boy SO well! We rescued our pup October 2023 in the middle of nowhere at the Utah/Arizona border. He didn't know how to be a pet and didn't seem to like other dogs. Once we got him healthy and trained, we knew he needed to get used to being groomed and we wanted to socialize him. They all did wonderful with him from the start and he's loved Bark Ave since day 1! I highly recommend Bark Ave for daycare, boarding, and grooming!“

“We are so grateful to have found both Adobe Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Phil Heitman for our little Boston Terrier. What a knowledgable, caring, and professional office for pet care! Our little pup has had a very tough start, having to overcome many difficulties in his first two years of life. Most recently, from January-May, we had visited 2 other local veterinarians that were unable to diagnose and successfully treat our pup in overcoming inexplicable digestive issues. We had also spent a large sum of money on every recommended test in that 5 month span. A neighbor suggested that we try one more vet and call to get an appointment with Dr. Greg or Phil Heitman at Adobe Veterinary Clinic. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Phil quickly and not only did he successfully treat our little guy- but he was able to get him completely healthy with a few simple treatments & for very reasonable pricing. It was such a relief to have our pup back to good health after that 5 month time period that seemed like forever. Our pup has some fear and anxiety due to all of his past experiences (prior to Adobe), resulting in behavior issues when he is at the vet. The staff at Adobe Veterinary Clinic has been absolutely incredible in the way they handle the individual needs of our pup. They are so understanding, gentle, and open to our input of what works best for our pup. Dr. Phil subsequently neutered our pup and most recently, removed his corkscrew tail due to inflammation and infection. Both surgeries went as expected and were successful in every way. We were so blessed to have Dr. Greg do the tail surgery; as he was in the office that day & noticed the corkscrew infection on his chart, which he has a lot of experience with. We felt so secure to leave him in such good hands. Our pup is now back to the sweet, spunky little guy we are used to at home. He's ready to get out and play and we are so appreciative of this quality care. We highly recommend this office and Dr. Phil and Dr. Greg to everyone!“

“I took my Maltese puppy to Sara for her very first grooming. Sara was very patient working with her. Sara also taught me how to groom in btwn grooming visits. I was very pleased and will return.We also just attended our first basic obedience class this morning. We took my crazy happy Maltese puppy and my husband's anti social mini aussie. I was impressed with Sara and Crystal. We all learned a lot. I highly recommend their training!“

“We took our fur babies Tiffany I to there on N.Scottsdale road seen dr<br><br>Besemer she was amazing! And her vet tech Kristina the dr explain everything to us took care of her and this morning and last night our babies slept all night not having any issues like she was when we took her in the dr did a few things and now this morning she is her self our pup. Highly recommend I know we just found a new vet for our fur babies we felt very very please and spent time to explain and answer our questions Thank you dr Besemer and all for excellent care.“

“I really appreciate the care & concern through out the whole experience for our Senior dog to be seen at Bark Ave. Zach answered the phone promptly, listened to my concerns about my pet & offered an appointment that met my needs. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated in a room and the technician, Maddie, also arrived without delay to take a history & vitals on our pet. Dr. Kelsey did not keep us waiting, was very thorough in her exam and allowed time for Q&A. I appreciate that no one tried to "up-sell" me on ridiculously expensive treatment plans but provided practical, down to earth recommendations. I feel like their focus at was on the pet. Definitely will be back for our routine vet care & recommend others do the same.“
