5 stars all the way…..Starting with Kylie on the phone: very sweet & happy, at front desk, Kirsten, who helped us with our next appt and our payment as well as Lucy as our vet assistant, both are so kind & knowledgeable to our vet Dr Jade Lanier who is easy to follow, obviously an animal lover, she was gentle and caring to what began as a scared little puppy, then loving on her after a minute.I had had 2 so-so vets at other valley vets in the past, but these guys are thee best imo.

Inherited the Dr after my Dr since moving to Arizona moved away. I had twin Chihuahuas. My one fell through the cracks in transition but second one now being treated with Dr Lanier and I’m hopeful for the future. Not as devoted as my previous vet but have hope will continue to go forward. Office manager is not my favorite but just avoid and try to handle . May have been the transition. Vet care in California was superb and specialized so trying to adjust . I also have a 12 year old cat since tiny . Hopeful making right decision .

We followed Dr. Cooper from her last vet practice to Alta Mesa. They cleaned our two feline friends’ teeth, and found that one of them had a recessed tooth that they were able to pull. This cat has been much more content and peaceful, turns out he was in tooth pain for the last year or so. Thanks Dr. Cooper!Update 1/15/24: Dr. Cooper set me up with paperwork that was all teed up for submittal to pet insurance, saved me a ton of time on top of giving me advice on an affordable antihistamine I could use for our cat that has a bit of allergies.
