I did use her service and I’m so impressed. Nathalie kept in contact with me the whole time I was gone. She sent pictures and updates. She nursed our dog’s paw when it broke out and even ran out for dog food because our dog seemed to eat better at Nathalie’s. She genuinely cares for the animals in her care and our dog felt right at home with her. We will definitely request her service again and again!“
“We drove down from Canada with our 2 dogs and had a family emergency back home. We talked with the good folks at Hounds Town to board our dogs, since we were flying back and they were unbelievably kind and sympathetic to our situation.
