I tried arriving early but had issues finding the studio. Once I did find it, I was 1 minute late. The door was locked because they apparently start right on time. I wish they had a working number to call for directions since it's a pretty large plaza. It's all the way in the corner next to the grocer, by the way. I feel like a 3 minute grace period isn't too much to ask for, especially for newcomers. Also, if they could put it on their website, that would be very helpful. Waste of gas this time, I'll try for another session.
Classes are amazing outlets for anybody struggling with stress overload. The instructors never ask for anything from you, they simply offer guidance in a place where you can drop your mask. :)
This place is amazing, I will be moving back to another state soon and I am sure I will never find a yoga place as good as this one where they treat you so well and so welcoming. Exhale yoga of Mesa deserves more than five stars.
