What a 'perfect time and space' for Hot Yoga with Priscilla and Josh. It's been very cold and rainy in Mesa, and Yoga Pulse is the perfect place to spend time with great people on the same path to becoming healthier and happier in 2024. Very reasonably priced for the professionalism you receive. I have recommended it to several people complaining about being cold and "stiff" these last few days.

The Yoga was clean and had everything I needed for my first time. The staff was very helpful letting me know what was available and appropriate - broad base of classes available. My instructor was knowledgeable and experienced and it was more than I thought - a good reading, shared knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and mindfulness at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time and motivated to be a regular going forward.

The studio is clean and the yoga is great. Josh is one of the best yoga instructors around! He's consistently a great teacher. He takes the time to instruct and help when you have a goal. He also corrects your form. He’s funny, has a great attitude and is there because he truly loves the practice. He is THE best!
