Tara was able to map out our design, submit to our HOA for approval and had a team working on our project within a few days. “Regal remodeled our master bathroom a little over a year ago. They were very easy to work with. We hit a snag early on with cabinets ( the company they used for their premade cabinets had discontinued the color we had originally selected as well as our second choice, leaving us with nothing in the color family we had wanted). The owner stepped up and covered the difference in cost between the premade and custom cabinets. It is not often that you find a company that acts with such integrity. We were also limited by our post tension slab. While we couldn't do exactly what we had envisioned, they created a few renderings to help create something that we could enjoy with the restrictions we had. We had a one person crew do our entire demo and remodel and he did a great job. We encountered very few issues once work started and those that did come up were minor and quickly handled. We really liked the finished product. We did have a leak during the first year from one of the fixtures and they were very responsive, came out and fixed the problem.“
