Mike is a lifesaver. Took time on a Saturday to give me a second opinion on some issues with our AC unit. Ended up saving us several hundred dollars and took care of the issues immediately.

This week my a/c unit was running and not turning off but not cooling as much as usual. I was worried because record high temps were forecast and I had appointment for flooring install for weekend and feared having an a/c failure with a flooring crew trying to work. Mike had installed my a/c unit in 2020, and had impressed me then with workmanship and customer service - fitting my install job in his tight schedule because I had no cooling at all. Prompt, reliable quality service! We recently moved to a new home and needed maintenance on an existing air conditioning system. As well as another unit put in. Mike responded promptly and was able to take care of it.Definitive Air always quotes a fair fair price and are available for maintenance calls and emergency calls.
