We all know how hard it is to find honest, reliable, affordable trades companies. Most of us have been jacked around so much that we almost expect it. This was different. Jack and his team are an amazing exception to the \\\"new normal\\\" of horrible customer service. He was very open about the work that needed to be done on my roof, walked me through the process and provided me with a number of options. I needed a new roof due to storm damage. I was actually referred by a friend. I sought out 3 companies, 1 being Axis. They were so quick to send someone out, extremely responsive as well as patient with me and my insurance company. They had the best warranty, which gave me such peace of mind. Bill was great to speak to when I initially called, and Shelby did a fantastic job answering all my questions and concerns. Carlos and his crew are fantastic. Extremely clean with all the materials and so respectful of all my belongings in my backyard and front. My roof looks amazing, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend them!!

Overall amazing experience with Jack and his crew. Had to get a very old roof replaced and even though we're dead in the middle of Summer, they were able to assist by working early mornings. I was worried about things like cleanups and working around some things going on (like an old swamp cooler line sticking out of my roof) and Jack's team were attentive to every detail. Honestly, by the time they left, you couldn't tell they were ever there. The price felt very fair with everything considered based on what I was seeing projected and I felt well taken care of. If you need roof work, Jack and his crew are definitely the way to go.
