Pilates is a wonderful mix of strength training and core work and Katie is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and always comes up with new routines and ways to keep it interesting. For years I was addicted to running but didn’t like the toll it was taking on my body. Thanks to Katie I now see how pilates can be a lifelong practice for me and how it will benefit my overall health long term. The studio is peaceful and inviting and full of top-notch equipment.
