Other than our own personal schedule that limited repair timeframe, they were there as soon as we had it scheduled. We called around 10:30 AM and Jon at Desert Foothills Air Conditioning was already at our house at 11:30 AM. He was polite, timely, and reasonable. The problem was diagnosed quickly.
