“We had an A/C that kept breaking down. Chauncey came on the same day and looked at it. He was unable to fix on that day due to not having parts. He did not charge us for looking at the unit. With all of the issues we were having with this unit we were thinking about replacing. Chauncey quoted us at $2500 less than previous companies that had looked at the unit. We decided to replace the unit. Chauncy, Miguel, and another young man showed up on time. All three worked to get the new unit installed quickly and were clean during the process; even gave us a new thermostat. A/C has been in for a week now and working great.
