“Walked in, greeted with a friendly face.Explained my reason for the visit, Deep cut on the right arm…. The receptionist took my ID, insurance Information, payment method. Told me to have a seat. I had barely sat down, when greeted with another smile band escorted to the back… Vitals were taken, brief triage. Immediately escorted to the treatment room. Short conversation.. As she exited the room. The Nurse, came in, was given a numbing injection in the wound, then a tetanus vaccine… After approximately 5 minutes, the, nurse , returned and sewed me up. Received 8 stitches. Bandage and from walking in to walking out. Maybe 45 minutes. BRAVO TEAM. Thank you ! Thank you !!Follow up visit. Walked in today, Sunday, at 1 o’clock. Was greeted promptly, information taken. Told to take a seat. 2 minutes later, called back and the stitches were removed and I was on the way out by 1:10. I would like to say Kim, Front Desk. Natalie Johnson, and last but certainly not least, Star…. All three were professional, courteous and compassionate. Thank you again for yourcare…“
