All excellent care from all employees. They all welcome me in just like i was a well liked family member. They were kind, very eager to treat my illnesses & symptoms & make me well again. Very pleasant. Thanks John.
We were visiting AR from FL and my son felt terrible. I booked an early morning appointment and we were treated with on time, kind and professional care from the front reception all the way through Ebony, who correctly diagnosed strep throat and got my son back on track to healing. They even honored our request for a doctors note to cover his missed classes at college. Outstanding service!
The entire process was excellent and stress free. The online appointment set up and check in was easy and then the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was 10 minutes late for the appointment I scheduled and still was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The nurses and nurse practitioner were very efficient and knowledgeable and had me in and out in no time feeling better. This was one of my better experiences with urgent care.
