Walked in, greeted with a friendly face.Explained my reason for the visit, Deep cut on the right arm…. The receptionist took my ID, insurance Information, payment method. Told me to have a seat.  I had barely sat down, when greeted with another smile band escorted to the back… Vitals were taken, brief triage.  Immediately escorted to the treatment room.   Short conversation.. As she exited the room. The Nurse, came in, was given a numbing injection in the wound, then a tetanus vaccine… After approximately 5 minutes, the, nurse , returned and sewed me up.  Received 8 stitches. This is THE BEST place, hands down! I've been twice since December and both times everyone was friendly and understanding and fast. I don't remember names (I always feel too crappy to attempt to remember) but from the check in, to vitals, to the room everything is so pleasant. I will continue too use and recommend this place every. Single. Time. Thank you!

The personnel of the Baptist Health Urgent Care couldn't have been any nicer or professional in their meeting my needs for my Healthcare emergency needs.Upon arrival there, the first personnel I came in contact with was their receptionist. Her warm smiling face met me with her statement of how could she assist me with what type of Urgent care need? I found this statement from this little short black young lady (who happened to be pregnant- sorry I'm not good with names) to be extremely comforting.She gave me clear and concise instructions on what the necessary information was needed to be filled out on their patient check-in on their counter top tablet.Next I was called...read full review
