Travis was very professional and prompt in service. Our main sewer line was broken, and causing our bathrooms to be backed up. I am so pleased with the work and follow-up that both Marvin Jr and Marvin Sr have done on the insulated sunroom we added to our home that I am compelled to write a review (something I rarely do).Marvin Jr came in and evaluated the area we wanted to add the sunroom, answered all our questions, gave us a fair estimate, and completed the job as promised. It looks great and has added so much more heated and cooled living space to our home! We love it!However, we ran into an issue not long after he installed it (about 2 years ago); a small but persistent leak started where the sunroom roof met our home's existing roof. He promised when he initially consulted us on getting this built that the sunroom would not leak and when I informed him of what was going on, he made sure to live up to that promise!Over the next year and a half, he or someone on his team would come over and try to figure out where the leak was coming from to no avail, but they kept trying to figure out how to fix it (new flashing, new shingles, etc). After getting some advice from a roofer friend of mine and sharing that with him, Marvin came over and put ice shield over the seam and it hasn't leaked since! Using this kind of material was not something in our original agreement and Marvin could have said this was our home's roof problem, not his work, but he went the extra mile and made sure to fix it.I don't know too many contractors at all that would stick with you on problematic issues like this, but Cox Construction did. I know he was probably frustrated with it and I'm sure they spent more on labor and material trying to fix the issue than they made on the initial install! But they kept giving great customer service until it was fixed, so I wanted to make sure and give them a great review.And something else they did recently, the digital panel on the GE heat and air unit they installed in the sunroom went out and Marvin Sr contacted and arranged for GE to come out and fix it under warranty, no charge at all! This is not something he had to do (he could have directed me to contact GE myself and figured out how to get them to come out), but he volunteered to get it taken care of.Fantastic people to work with!!

Great People and Great work!We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again. My visit was absolutely wonderful. The staff was professional and friendly. I did not have to wait in the lobby but just a few minutes before I was called in. I was treated with the upmost respect and all my questions were answered. I have visited this urgent care facility before, and even though it will not replace my PCP, this is definitely the best option for a quick doctor visit.

I went to these guys yesterday and met an amazing barber by the name of Jstew. I shared my hair loss due to lupus journey before allowing him to see my hair. When I say this young man took care of me, I mean it! The designs that he put into my hair are amazing. I love my haircut! His level of skill allowed me to leave the shop with restored confidence. I'm extremely thankful and will definitely be returning.

Stewart provided prompt and outstanding service after a large limb took out our electric line. Lucas was on site within an hour or so, quickly made the repairs, and coordinated the permit and with the inspector. I could not be more pleased.

Mike and Houston came yesterday and installed 2 outdoor outlets. They were efficient and kind! I enjoyed meeting them, and it was a very pleasant experience. They have done lots of work for others I know. I asked two of my construction buddies last week who they recommend for an electrician, and ironically BOTH said Mike with Johnson Electric! We had to take our oldest dog in recently because she was having some complications. We knew going in to the vet that this was going to be a hard visit. The Vet was so kind and compassionate. We did end up having to say goodbye to our sweet, Cali, and the Vet was so comforting the entire time. We had her for 14 years and love her so much. The Vet really made us feel peaceful during a difficult time in our lives. We really did appreciate how much he cared. I thank the Holy Spirit for guiding us to this Vet at this time in our lives.
