Today, 1/27/2024 after a horrible experience at another salon, myself and my daughter came to smart style. Edi and Caroline were there and I have NEVER had stylists make me feel so special and comfortable and beautiful. My family and I will never forget that and these ladies have gained forever clients!! Thank you!!

Immediately walk in for a shampoo and cut , I was greeted with 100 % professional customer service courtesy. There wasn't a wait time nor was I told to wait until a later time to return for service like I had experienced at Walmart McCain location. The staff was friendly and helpful with making sure I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was clean and inviting as well as they were knowledgeable of exactly what I needed. I greatly appreciate the service and will return next month for another cut .Services: Hair straightening

I went for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago.Was able to get same day appointment. Haley was great! I had no idea what I wanted but wanted a new look. She took over and did great!! I will be going back in a few weeks to get highlights added. All the ladies that worked that day did great work oh and they do lashes that look great! That will also be something I will try next time.
