As always, my biannual cleaning went well. No waiting for Jessi, my hygienist, She was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Pinney inspected her work and was available for questions. Office staff was also friendly and professional.
Had an extreme toothache and Dr. Pinney's office got me in super fast. He is an exceptional dentist with kindness and professionalism priorities. His staff explained the entire process step by step and treated me so well. Love the Chicago Cubs themed treatment room!
My first visit to Dr Pinney was a comforting visit. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and warm. The assistant help was very helpful and so pleasant toward even though I was very nervous. Her calmness helped me to also calm down. Dr Pinney was very professional and assuring.
