“I use the Pelham location. Thoroughly enjoy the H20 Bootcamp and the creative ways that we are able to workout in the water. It's been great for my knee rehab. My only suggestions would be not having open swim during the class, only because of our exercises using the length of the pool and because of how many are actually attending every week. My other suggestion is to have a working clock in the men's locker room.“

“I have been a member of this location for two years and LOVE it! It is clean, the staff is amazing, and the variety of different workouts is what makes it so great as well! There is something for everyone and you can change up your workouts. Plus they have a workout area to do strength training. I know it advertises you share a room with two other people, but in the two years I have been doing it, I have always had a room to myself, so don't let that stop you from joining! It's awesome and I can't say enough great things about the Hotworx in Vestavia! They ROCK!“
