I needed something other than a new water heater or HVAC system. I needed to bring my attic ventilation pipes from my furnace, water heater, and cooktop up to code. Jonathan came out to assess my needs and subsequently conferred with the company expert on ventilation and sheet metal work, Russell. Russell and his helper went to extraordinary lengths to work in a very tight space in my attic to replace the vent pipes from my furnace, water heater, and cooktop all the way out through the roof. Gas logs were professionally installed. I had ordered logs from a discount company and contacted Jeremy to do the installation. If I were getting logs again, I would consider getting a better set of logs than those I ordered. Cheap logs give off a smell that doesn't go away.
