“I have been using Williamson AC for a few years now, starting with a new unit for my home in Orange Beach. The installation went great and the AC unit has had no issues. When I moved to a Google nest and needed a new wire they came out and took care of it. When I needed someone to look at some of the old duct lines in the home they again, came right out and took care it on time and without a long scheduling wait. My most recent issue was a small roof leak that shorted the Google nest out (unknown to me at the time) and when I had thought I had lost my AC on very hot day, again- they worked me in, were understanding about it, and sent someone same day. I really have had the best experience with this company and they are kind, friendly, responsive, they empathize with the customer, and have the best techs I have ever encountered. So, if you are in Orange Beach and need an AC repair or company- I strongly and highly recommend them!“

“After taking a direct lightning, strike my air conditioning unit and other household items quit working. I called Surfside heating and cooling and they were at my door the following morning at 7:50 AM. They got my system working after a few short hours they were very professional, courteous and expedited, my cooling as quickly as possible since we were having heat advisory days at no end. A few weeks later because of the same issue my AC completely stopped working. Therefore, I had to replace my entire system. They were out immediately to install my new system. Everyone who has served me from the office staff to the field Staff has been completely professional, courteous and friendly, and made sure all of my needs were met I received a very fair price on all the work that I’ve had done. They even offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a minimal cost so I don’t have to worry about my AC or heating for 10 years. I also had them install a UV light in my system to prevent mold and allergens in my home.They keep you in the communication loop via phone calls and text messages which was very helpful and they answered my calls quickly. “I have had the best experience with AirMax! We have a couple condos in Gulf Shores. Last spring we had to replace the AC unit in one of our condos. Thankfully we had time to get quotes. AirMax was by far the most competitive. They installed it quickly and I've never had a problem with it since (unlike the other unit I replaced last summer before I knew about Airmax - waaayyyy overpriced and I've had several problems with it since). I've been able to call AirMax last minute and they're so responsive- it's such a relief because I live in North Idaho most of the time, the ease of mind having people you trust to take care of some of this stuff is priceless. “Our cottage (we named Casa Sea Zen) had an old heat and air conditioning system when we bought it years ago. We were only using it for long weekends before retiring here and now we have it for family and friends when they come for a visit to paradise. So last year we updated Casa with a nice new energy-efficient unit and it makes a big difference, much cooler and quieter. I landed on Service Air Eastern Shore because there were good reports all around, and I'm glad I did, they have been great! They're a family-owned and operated operation out of Fairhope that was founded by Glenn Geddes in 1999. When I called them up it was Glenn that came out to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional explaining all the options and then walking us through the whole process. We signed the deal and the timeline went smoothly. The only hiccup was the wrong concrete slab was installed but when we pointed out they promptly came out to correct the issue to our satisfaction. The service tech came out afterward to inspect everything and everything went smoothly. This week one of our old ducts had a leak, not their fault, and they came out, the same day, after our call, and the service tech "Jase" did a great job going above and beyond to fix our issue. They're the home of $25 service calls and an automatic 3 year warranty on all their work. Bottom line: Good job, good people, highly recommended!“
