I lost AC on one of the hottest days last year and they were out that same day and fixed it. I lost heat in December during the cold snap. They were there that same day to fix the problem. Because my system is old I got their maintenance plan. Chase Deakle just came out and made sure everything was working. “Hansen was hired to remove and then re-install 4 compressors so a new flat roof could be installed. The compressors were on the roof. The disconnect went smoothly but the re-install was less than acceptable. The workmanship is below industry standards.1. The compressors weren't leveled or secured properly and could easily be moved.2.Miscellaneous debris was left on the new roofing membrane, screws, copper tubing, pieces of wood, zip ties. These could potentially damage the new roof.3. One of the compressor wasn't hook up properly when it was re-installed on Nov. 22. It hasn't worked properly for over 1 week. I am waiting for Hansen to connect it properly so I have my furnace operating correctly and I have heat. I have requested they have it fixed today. I will be anxiously waiting .Update: Hansen was responsive and sent several service tech. to look at my system They were very professional. They concluded it was coincidental that my system wasn't working properly and wasn't due to the compressor change out.“
