“Dr. Van Hardman at the Redstone PX Optometry Clinic is great. He is very thorough and friendly. Appointments are easily scheduled online. Although they're only open 3 days a week, you can usually get an appointment without a problem. They're located right next door to the eyeglass shop. One stop shopping for eye care!“

“Dr Jacob Clark & Kali(?) were amazing!! they explained and answered all of my questions. The instruments were cleaned and and very high tech.NOW that receptionist almost made me give them a 1 star rating.When I walk into any facility, I do not want to be met with “ we will need to cancel your appointment”. She didn’t know my name or my appointment time. She left me feeling like was being chastised in front of customers and the staff. I wish I knew her name….BUT there was no introduction.I would recommend the receptionist & mgmt there have discussion on customer communication.(This was my first visit)“

“All day at work I struggled with my nose pads irritating my skin. I had the nose pads changed from the original ones to silicone earlier in the week because they were slipping with the warmer temperatures outside. I thought this would help but irritated my skin even more. So, after work today, I went back to the optical shop thinking I needed a new frame. Arsenio was working and he helped me so much. He looked up the kind of nose pads he thought would help and even found some nose pads in the store to let me try first. My poor nose is so irritated after a long day, but feels better already and I’m so relieved to learn from him that I am not the only glasses wearer that struggles with this issue. Thanks, Arsenio!!“
