Dr Jacob Clark & Kali(?) were amazing!! they explained and answered all of my questions. The instruments were cleaned and and very high tech.NOW that receptionist almost made me give them a 1 star rating.When I walk into any facility, I do not want to be met with “ we will need to cancel your appointment”. She didn’t know my name or my appointment time. She left me feeling like was being chastised in front of customers and the staff. I wish I knew her name….BUT there was no introduction.I would recommend the receptionist & mgmt there have discussion on customer communication.(This was my first visit)

Love the service. Dr Clark is very thorough and explains in detail what is going on with you diagnosis.Ms Jordan is awesome and goes out of her way getting us our wants and needs met.

My Eye Doctor in Providence gets hands down five stars from me! I saw something strange in my three week olds eye and was very concerned as a new mom, not only did they get me in ASAP the doctor and secretary were so sweet and kind. She got examined and I just thank them so much for not only getting her in so soon but also with their excellent service. Thank y’all so much!!!
